We use high-quality domestic eels, such as those from Lake Hamana in Shizuoka Prefecture.We prepare live eels from the tanks inside the restaurant and cook them on the spot.I especially recommend the "unaju" (eel rice bowl).The thick, meaty eel is perfectly complemented by the homemade sauce, which has just the right amount of sweetness and richness, creating an exquisite flavor.Furthermore, their à la carte dishes, such as umaki (eel omelet), uzaku (eel and cucumber salad), and unaten (eel tempura), are also exquisite! Please be sure to try them when you visit!
