We use a generous amount of domestically produced eel, including eels from Lake Hamana in Shizuoka.Live eels are taken from the tank inside the restaurant and cooked on the spot.The unaju (grilled eel on rice) is especially recommended.The thick meat of the eel is perfectly combined with the moderately sweet and rich homemade sauce, creating an exquisite flavor.In addition, the a la carte dishes such as umaki, uzaku, and unaten are also excellent.
